Gradina plays host to a room given over to promoting typical local products where visitors can taste and buy not only wines but also local charcuterie, cheeses, honey and olive oil from farms and smallholdings located in the Italian and Slovene parts of the Karst – a sort of “shop window” to let people get to know the tastes and bouquets of the entire area of the Karst.
